Raj Niwas celebrates 73rd Independence Day of India
On the occasion of the 73rd Independence Day of the nation, the Lt. Governor of Delhi Sh. Anil Baijal, together with officers and staff of the Lt. Governor’s Secretariat, participated in the Independence Day celebrations at the Raj Niwas on 15th August 2019.
On this occasion, Shri Baijal hoisted the Flag at the Raj Niwas and received the Guard of Honour and greeted the officers and staff present.
In his address to the officers and staff he stated that, “As we remember and pay homage to all those who sacrificed their lives for this hard-earned freedom, let us renew our pledge to serve the Nation with even greater sincerity, devotion and truth.”
Sh. Baijal offered his warms wishes to all on the occasion of India’s 73rd Independence Day.
