THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR, DELHI

It gives me immense pleasure to learn that Delhi Technological University is holding its 9th Convocation Ceremony on August 25th, 2022 to mark the successful completion of academic pursuit of its students.
Convocation day is a special occasion to acknowledge the relentless efforts of our students in their long and yet meaningful journey towards preparing themselves for the challenges of tomorrow. It is a moment of great pride and happiness for not only the students, but also for their families, teachers and the society at large, whose collective dreams for a brighter future have taken shape.
This momentous occasion, while celebrating the achievements of students, also entrusts upon them a unique responsibility to take forward the lineage of knowledge and wisdom of this prestigious institute and enrich the same even more with their consistent endeavors towards research, invention and academic work. Much more than before, we need our graduates and degree holders to address the toughest questions facing humanity and society through concerted and collaborative solutions.
I convey my heartiest congratulations and best of wishes to our brilliant young students and call upon them on the completion of 75 years of our Independence, to envision and work towards a new and better future.
