I am happy to learn that The Institution of Engineers (India) is hosting the 37th Indian Engineering Congress, during 16-18 December, 2022 at Chennai on the theme, “Role of Engineers for Creating a Sustainable & Self Reliant India”.
Engineers play a crucial role in socio-economic and infrastructural development of a nation through innovation, indigenous technology development and its efficient execution. They need to work towards a fusion of positive achievements towards self-reliance and sustainability.
I am sure that the deliberations of the experts from India and abroad at the Congress will be helpful in augmenting the professional knowledge of the engineers and technologists of the country.
